Orientation camp is the best way to kick off your new uni life. Party all weekend, meet new friends, fall off a canoe, have a blast, dance all night and remember it for the rest of your life. By O'week, you'll find that instead of standing in a crowd of strangers, you'll be surrounded by friends.
Orientation camp is open to all 1st year students of ANY course. The camp lasts 3 days from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th and is held at Campaspe Downs (near Kyneton). An indoor pool, spa and sauna, basketball, volleyball, trampolines, canoes, private lake and a goat are all on offer, as well as the traditional array of events, activities, games and spontaneous silliness that live on in uni folklore. It's guaranteed that all through first year, enough classic "this one time, on O'Camp" stories will be told to make even the most thick-skinned non-camper jealous...
Please check your college enrollment dates, if your college has decided you need to be in on Saturday the 18th not Sunday the 19th then you can still come on camp however you will be required to take a v-line train back to Melbourne. None of our leaders will be leaving on Saturday, however a lift to the train station will be arranged. If you are enrolling on Sunday then you will be driven back to uni by one of our leaders.
