Science Students’ Society is a student organisation affiliated with both the University of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU) and the Faculty of Science. It is run by a committee of current Melbourne University students from a variety of faculties. The committee, including six executives and a further ten general members, is re-elected annually by the members of that year, and must consist of at least five first year students. Our member-base consists of over 2500 undergraduate, post-graduate and past students, with over 1000 new members signed-up this year!
